What's your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due with your reservation. If you must cancel, and we are successful in finding another renter for your week, we will refund your deposit.
Are you wheel-chair accessible?
The Cottage is on a single level and is wheel chair accessible. The C.G. Fitch House is not.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Pets are welcome. It is the owners responsibility to clean up after them and to leash them if necessary to keep them from wandering.
Is the water potable?
Yes. Water quality is exellent.
Do you have internet service available?
The C.G. Fitch House offers a free broadband connection via Wi-Fi. The signal strength is very low inside The Cottage and may not work with all computers. Most portable computers should have no problem connecting while outside.

What forms of payment do you accept?
The deposit must be paid by check, with the balance paid by check or cash on arrival.
