Fitch Estate on Seneca Lake

The Cottage has a stone fireplace in the knotty-pine paneled living room. There is a large picture window facing the lake which is perfect for watching the spectacular sunsets. The private bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed.  A pull-out couch in the living room provides sleeping for two more. For larger families, tent camping on the lawn is permitted for no additional charge. Pets are welcome.

Linens are included in the rate. The water is potable, so there is no need to bring in your own drinking water. A gas grill is provided for those family cookouts, as well as dedicated use of the north dock, which includes mooring whips to facilitate docking/mooring of your boat or those friends who may prefer to visit you from off shore.

Possibly the finest historic property in all of the finger lakes, the C.G. Fitch House is surrounded by a manicured lawn and nestled amongst mature shade trees. There are four bedrooms and one bathroom on the second level (plus an enclosed sleeping porch) and two bathrooms on the first. A huge wrap around porch provides the focal point for outdoor relaxing and dining.  

The C.G. Fitch House is used by the Fitch family as a summer home and is available for rent on a limited basis. Please call or email us for availability.

Fall brings with it the harvest season for the local wineries as well as the spectacular foliage for leaf peeping. The summer vacationers and the Fitch family have returned home. This is a perfect time for groups or couples to enjoy the splendor of the C.G. Fitch House at a discounted rate.
